Job summary

Bileddo Associates is seeking a Manager for Inpatient Perioperative Services located in Sacramento, California. This role offers full autonomy in managing OR operations, with a focus on improving surgical throughput and nurse engagement while providing leadership to a team of approximately 143 FTEs.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced nursing leader with a strong background in perioperative services, operational management, and budget development. This position promotes work-life balance with a generous PTO benefit and offers a competitive salary range of $195,561 – $312,915 annually.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• 8+ years of recent nursing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proficiency in perioperative operations, regulatory standards, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and clinical nursing direction for the inpatient OR.
• Supervise Assistant Clinical Managers and manage a nursing team.
• Optimize OR nursing operations to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop capital and operational budgets.
• Standardize workflows to improve surgical throughput and nurse engagement.
• Build partnerships with surgeons and operational leaders.
