As our Director of Nursing Perioperative Services at California Hospital, you will be responsible for Surgical Services including Main OR, Pre‑Op, PACU, GI, and SPD. We have 7 operating rooms and a robust surgical services program supporting many specialties, including trauma, vascular/general, liver/pancreatic, ortho, urology, gastrology, and gyn. We utilize the latest technologies and equipment such as the daVinci robotic system. You will direct the operations, work with the Sr. Director of Periop and Procedural Services and Nurse Manager of Periop on key initiatives, and collaborate with other front‑line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast‑paced environments.
