Job summary

Lexipol is seeking a Director of Product Management for Accreditation to lead the development and lifecycle management of accreditation products across software, services, and content. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive product innovation, market expansion, and revenue growth.

You will own strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs, leveraging your experience in SaaS, law enforcement accreditation, and AI-enabled product capabilities to deliver

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SaaS product management experience.
• Proven success launching B2B and/or B2G SaaS products.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication and presentations.
• Experience with accreditation for Law Enforcement agencies.
• Experience leveraging AI within technology products.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of Lexipol's accreditation products (software, services, content).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive product innovation and revenue growth.
• Define and communicate product strategy, MRDs/PRDs, and pricing recommendations.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure product performance and drive optimization.
