Job summary

Corden Pharma Colorado is seeking an Analytical Technical Leader to steer the Analytical R&D Department, oversee method development, transfer, and validation for peptide programs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and site objectives.

The role requires a PhD in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry with 15 years in API/peptide development, strong GMP experience, and proven leadership of large teams in a CDMO setting.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD) or equivalent in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with 15 years of API/Peptide experience.
• Experience in developing CMC strategies and ICH-compliant methods development/validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and operational leadership for Analytical R&D projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead development, tech transfer and validation of stability-indicating methods for peptide programs.
• Guide strategic technical work and ensure resources are aligned with site goals.
