Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Director of HR Solutions to guide enterprise transformation and workforce readiness in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. You will partner with business leaders and COEs to shape people strategies for AI-enabled operating models and organizational design, ensuring readiness and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in organizational design, workforce transformation, change management and related disciplines.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience addressing people implications of transformation, including redesign and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on enterprise transformation initiatives with AI-enabled work models.
• Advise on people implications of AI adoption, including role design, workforce planning, and change readiness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies for transformation and employee experience.
• Develop and execute organizational design and workforce strategies aligned with evolving operating models.
• Lead enterprise change management to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sponsors and teams to define scope, deliverables, and governance.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and maintain accountability throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Identify risks and integrate engagement, experience, and capability-building strategies.
