Job summary

You will lead strategic planning, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure data-driven decisions across global HR programs.

The role requires strong project management, experience with EBS/lean methods, and the ability to work across corporate and operating companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desired.
• 7+ years of strategy/operations/HR experience either in industry or consulting.
• Experience in project management, EBS/lean methodologies, financial planning, and operational management to facilitate HR priorities.
• Dedication to develop EBS skills as a certified practitioner.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and inclusion & diversity.
• Strong communication and ability to interface with senior management and the board.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team to facilitate, shape, and implement annual and longer-term strategic planning while integrating programs across a multi-year roadmap.
• Assess current HR processes, systems, and structures to maximize impact and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Act as the EBSL for HR, leveraging EBS to improve processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HR transformation plans, including change management.
• Stay informed on HR analytics, AI, systems, and incorporate insights into transformation strategies.
• Prioritize projects, develop KPIs, and report progress with an enterprise-wide approach.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support long-term objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for HR programs.
