Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture to define and execute the company’s architecture strategy, aligning business outcomes with technology roadmaps and standards.

You will lead a global team of architects, govern architecture through the Enterprise Architecture Board, and partner with IT and business leaders to drive transformation and optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, including enterprise or solution architecture.
• 7+ years in leadership roles with matrixed or distributed teams.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience in complex, global organizations with federated models.
• Proven ability to influence senior IT and business leaders around strategic priorities.
• Experience leading architecture governance and participating in architecture review boards.
• Experience working with third-party partners, vendors and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a matrixed team of enterprise architects across IT domains and drive execution.
• Define and own Envista’s enterprise architecture strategy, including long-term technology direction and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead a global architecture engagement model for scalable practices.
• Chair the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) and governance forums for alignment and clarity.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to connect technology strategy with business priorities.
• Identify and advance innovative solutions to enable transformation and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Build a global, cross-functional architecture community and promote collaboration.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business on strategic architecture decisions and investments.
