Job summary

Director, People Services – Americas at Mölnlycke oversees payroll governance, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle operations across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This senior role leads a regional team and partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations, People Services, or Shared Services.
• Strong payroll governance and vendor management experience.
• Experience managing employee benefits and leave programs.
• Experience with multi-country operations, ideally across the Americas.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, e.g., SuccessFactors.
• Proven leadership and talent development in fast-paced environments.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Services operations across the Americas region.
• Oversee payroll governance and vendor performance.
• Drive benefits, leave, and wellness administration.
• Lead and develop a regional People Service team.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, records, changes, leaves, offboarding).
• Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, IT, and vendors.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology for scaling.
• Deliver metrics and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support transformation initiatives and integrations across the region.
