Danaher is seeking a Director Americas Benefits Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives to design and deliver health and welfare programs across the Americas, with primary focus on the U.S., and support for Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives, partner with HR and Finance, and use data to drive decisions, vendor management, and oversee global wellbeing. This fully remote role offers visibility and impact across a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in US health & welfare benefits.
• Experience managing benefits at large scale with multiple vendors.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead multi-year Americas benefits strategy and initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR and business leaders; oversee vendor performance.
• Use data and analytics to drive cost efficiency and program impact.
