Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a strategic People Operations leader to drive systems, process, and data integrity across the organization. You’ll shape lifecycle programs, direct HR systems strategy, and coordinate with Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, Stock Admin, and Talent.

You’ll also own Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Operations, ensuring scalable recruiting and development infrastructure aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership role.
• Deep expertise in HR systems strategy, configuration, and administration (HCM, performance, ticketing).
• Experience leading operational and compliance programs at scale in high-growth or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with compensation execution, equity logistics, and immigration coordination.
• Proven ability to develop teams, build process infrastructure, and lead through complexity.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• A strategic mindset with a bias toward structure, clarity, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Operations Core team, setting priorities and supporting growth.
• Own the long-term strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of core HR systems in partnership with IT.
• Design, implement, and scale onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, promotions, and leaves of absence.
• Ensure compliance across employee recordkeeping, audit readiness, and documentation standards.
• Own Talent Acquisition Operations, ensuring structured workflows and data accuracy.
• Oversee Talent Management Operations, supporting goal-setting, performance cycles, and development programs.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits to support equity and compensation programs.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader and escalation point across Payroll, IT, Legal, Finance, Stock Admin, and Talent Acquisition.
• Drive improvements in People processes, service delivery, and internal documentation through change management.
• Guide HR dashboards, headcount reporting, and workforce insights with Data Analytics.
