Per Scholas is seeking a Director, People Development to advance leadership capabilities, manage performance cycles, and drive career development initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable programs that foster equity, inclusion, and high performance across a national remote and campus-based workforce.

The role emphasizes building end-to-end management development pipelines, delivering executive coaching, and enabling effective onboarding and change management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, People Operations, or a related HR field.
• Proven track record redesigning or scaling performance management processes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Design and scale leadership development programs for managers, directors, and executives.
• Oversee PAR processes, ensure equity and consistency across evaluations.
• Develop targeted, bite-sized training and career development initiatives.
