Justworks in Tampa, FL is seeking a strategic Director of Payroll and Tax Implementation to lead multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and integration initiatives. You’ll partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to build scalable, compliant processes that accelerate client implementations and revenue growth.

You will mentor teams, design governance controls, and translate complex regulations into actionable workflows for sales and operations, enabling fast, accurate deployments.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in payroll and tax operations for PEO/ASO environments.
• Deep multi-state tax compliance and implementation experience.
• Strong leadership and talent development skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Compliance, Legal.
