Responsibilities

• Manage Check Positive Pay, image services, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox, Controlled Disbursement, and related issuance and receivables capabilities.
• Maintain product plans, coordinate requirements, testing, and production support with partners.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on capabilities and operating processes; manage risk, audits, and remediation.
• Lead product enhancements and strategic transformation initiatives; support training and documentation.
