Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Product Manager to blend expertise in check writing, deposit services, and payments with a customer-focused mindset. You will lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to define and execute a modernized vision and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in product management/operations/payments with at least 5 years in leadership.
• SIE/Series 99 required (can be obtained within 90 days).
• Experience scaling payments/banking products and operational processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Check and Deposit Services.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of check and deposit service offerings including ordering and servicing.
• Collaborate with product, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and vendors for delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, performance, and governance.
• Monitor fraud, risk controls, and remediation; drive modernization initiatives.
