Entrata, based in Lehi, Utah, seeks a Director of Engineering Payments to provide strategic leadership for the payments platform and money-movement capabilities. You will set the technical strategy and execution roadmap for secure, scalable payment experiences across card, ACH, and related financial workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in payment processing or financial systems.
• Experience with PCI, NACHA, and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of multiple software teams to deliver payments platform features.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Define objectives and roadmaps for engineering aligned to company goals.
• Lead cloud-native architecture on AWS with PostgreSQL and Node.js.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant payment processing.
• Manage budgets, recruitment, and performance across teams.
