Elevance Health is seeking a Director of Financial Operations for Payment Integrity, located primarily in-office 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility. This role directs key operations, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, inventory and workforce effectiveness, and align with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in healthcare operations, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership alongside executive communication skills to

Competenze

• Requires minimum 8 years of experience in operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting, and multi-state operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Hybrid/onsite work with in-office 3 days per week; willingness to work within Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Mansioni

• Counsels senior management on enterprise-wide policies, performance, risks, remediation plans, and go-forward strategies.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives with operations, data, technology, and business areas for execution.
• Oversees inventory management, reporting, and aligns priorities with strategic IT and product teams.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates direct reports across multidisciplinary functions.
• Ensures internal controls, develops policies, and maintains regulatory compliance.
• Partners with upstream/downstream teams to drive end-to-end operational readiness and execution.
