Job summary

Order.co seeks a Director of Product, Pay to own the product experience and workflows that move a purchase through payment, invoice processing, and reconciliation. You will lead product strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, instrumentation, and post-launch improvement for Pay, working with Engineering and Design and in close partnership with the Payments business leader and Finance.

This is an outcome-owning product leadership role focused on reliability, speed to market, and cost

Qualifications

• Extensive product-management experience in payments or fintech.
• Experience leading product managers or readiness for people leadership.
• Proven track record improving reliability, time-to-market, or unit-cost outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define customer and administrator experience for payment methods and consents.
• Own product requirements, integration viability, and partner performance with Engineering.
• Improve payment journeys through data, feedback, and prioritized fixes.
• Define Pay-side data and workflows to reconcile with customer financial systems.
