Job summary

Order.co is building a Pay product leadership role to own the payment, invoice processing, and reconciliation experience. You will oversee strategy, discovery, and delivery, partnering with Engineering, Design, Payments leadership, and Finance to ensure reliable, fast, and cost-efficient Pay journeys.

This role emphasizes evidence-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers significant ownership, a strong compensation package, and a path to shape Order.co’s

Qualifications

• Substantial product-management experience in payments/fintech or similar financially complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define Pay product requirements and ensure reliability across payment journeys.
• Own AP automation and reconciliation feature design and automation.
• Drive strategy and delivery with a clear, evidence-based roadmap.
• Collaborate with Payments, Finance, Risk, and Ops to align on portfolio priorities.
• Set success metrics and instrumentation plan for Pay products.
