Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Patient Experience, Oncology GU, to drive end-to-end patient experience for prostate and bladder brands across access, initiation, persistence, and adherence. You will partner with Oncology GU teams and cross-functional partners to translate patient insights into coordinated solutions that improve outcomes.

You will lead strategy, KPIs, and digital engagement initiatives, shaping programs from concept through deployment while ensuring market access

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years healthcare business experience (sales, marketing, payer/access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics).
• 5 years demonstrated marketing experience; 2 years leading a team of direct reports preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Patient Experience strategy for prostate and bladder brands across continuum from access to persistence.
• Define KPIs and forecast impact of patient experience programs.
• Collaborate with Oncology GU brand teams and cross-functional partners to translate insights into solutions.
• Develop and oversee communications, campaigns and digital engagement efforts.
• Align portfolio strategy with market access and reimbursement considerations.
