Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Group Product Director, Professional Education & Thought Leader Engagement, GU Oncology. This is a field-based position with up to 40-50% travel across the United States, with the home office in Horsham, PA.

This role leads the GU Oncology, Professional Education (Bladder) and Urology Thought Leader Liaison teams, shaping education platforms and governance, partnering with brand leadership to advance portfolio strategy and lifecycle planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Oncology/GU clinical acumen or scientific background strongly preferred.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales or sales leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Professional Education across the bladder IDRS platform and align priorities to portfolio strategy.
• Own branded educational bureau content strategy, relevance, differentiation, and impact.
• Build scalable Professional Education platforms supporting current brands and future opportunities.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and performance measures for Professional Education.
• Lead the TLL and Professional Education org to execute integrated education strategies.
• Shape thought leader engagement, including speaker strategy and long-term KOL planning.
• Translate market dynamics into differentiated engagement and education strategies.
