Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant business experience with leadership.
• Oncology/GU clinical acumen and/or scientific background preferred.
• Pharmaceutical sales or leadership experience required.
• Strong marketing, strategy, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Professional Education across the bladder platform.
• Own branded educational content strategy and lifecycle.
• Build scalable Professional Education platforms for current brands and new indications.
• Establish governance and performance measures for Education programs.
• Lead and develop the Professional Education organization and Thought Leader Liaison teams.
• Shape thought leader engagement and speaker strategy; plan for long-term KOLs.
• Monitor market shifts and translate into differentiated engagement strategies.
• Develop next-gen GU Oncology thought leaders to support portfolio goals.
• Create insight-generation that converts engagement into business opportunities.
• Partner with brand leadership to align education with market strategy and launches.
