Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 5+ years of Patient Services experience.
• 5+ years of Reimbursement and Financial Assistance experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional partnership experience.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the overall patient access strategy for US-approved products.
• Lead the Patient Access Strategy team, manage vendor relationships, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Compliance and Legal for launch support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to enable compliant patient access and insurance opportunities.
• Monitor US healthcare environment to inform program development and execution.
