Job summary

Alexion is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director, Field Reimbursement to lead a FRM team and shape reimbursement strategy, improving patient access and provider experience. This leader will partner with cross-functional teams and report to the Vice President, Patient Services & Strategy.

Responsibilities include setting transformation vision, delivering field-ready plans, and driving go-to-market strategy for FRM offerings across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or related graduate-level degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of total business experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech.
• Minimum 8+ years' sales, managed care or field reimbursement experience.
• Proven experience creating and managing compliant field-based reimbursement and access teams with KPIs and analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for transformation and lead the FRM team through change by translating strategy into field reality.
• Serve as SME in FRM design, operations, and delivery for therapeutic areas.
• Partner with brand and business unit leadership to align FRM account prioritization.
• Develop a go-to-market strategy for FRM service offerings and drive cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor market access issues and adjust strategy to protect patient access and provider experience.
