How You Fit In

We are looking for a seasoned Partner Sales and/or Channel Sales professional to help us build the partner organization in North America. As a Director of Partner Sales, you will find and sign partners and build a plan to drive alignment, enablement, and pipeline generation. You will work with partner stakeholders to drive sales enablement and coordinate technical training of Bidgely’s solutions, work with respective field teams on demand generation initiatives and campaigns, as well as working with direct sales on partner opportunities. This role reports to the SVP of Strategic Partnerships. As Channel Sales Manager you will:

Identify, onboard, and manage new reseller and partner organizations.

Establish and nurture partner relationships to expand Bidgely's reach and drive sales.

Develop and execute partner business plans with KPIs to achieve partner-sourced revenue sales goals.

Lead partner enablement through training and co-selling.

Ensure alignment and up-to-date knowledge across all partner organizations.

Partner with internal teams to build the partner program, create pipeline, and drive revenue.

Create joint GTM strategies with partners and direct sales teams.

Monitor partner targets and share performance reports with Bidgely and partner executives.

How You Succeed

Year one goal is to build the partner program with signing of significant partners and help create pipeline and revenue by partnering with the internal team.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years experience selling directly to electric, gas and/or water utilities in North America OR a combined experience of at least 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Software sales selling partnerships to utility-like companies AND at least 3+ years of demonstrated knowledge of the regulated utility space with a specific focus partnerships and channel sales management.
  • Ability to identify, attract, and recruit significant Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and strategic partners to build the ecosystem.
  • Skill in developing programs to train partners on the company’s product, value propositions, and AI/analytics solutions.
  • Ability to empower partners with tools, collateral, and playbooks to successfully position and sell the company’s SaaS solutions.
  • Experience tracking partner performance against goals (e.g., revenue, pipeline generation, and deal closure rates).

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 plus 50/25 in variable compensation.

In accordance with the California Equal Pay and Pay Transparency laws , the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.

This is a remote role with 30%-50% travel
