ECAA - Anesthesia Specialists is seeking a Director of Pain Operations to lead corporate operations for pain management across North Carolina practice locations, with frequent travel to sites. The role reports to the CEO in a full-time capacity.

The position oversees strategic planning, performance improvement, and partnerships with physicians, APPs, and administrators to standardize operations and enhance patient access and financial performance.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Progressive leadership in multi-site physician practice management.
Experience leading complex healthcare operations with clinical teams.
Strong data-driven decision making and benchmarking.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

Provide strategic and operational leadership for pain management services and programs.
Lead financial and operational performance improvement across pain divisions; manage staffing, productivity, expenses, and growth.
Evaluate prospective practices for joining ECAA; conduct due diligence and integration planning.
Improve access, care coordination, patient experience, and outcomes with cross-functional teams.
Develop and monitor policies, workflows, and performance standards for compliant delivery of pain management.
Present regular operational and financial reports to the CEO and lead strategic initiatives.
