Starcom Worldwide, Inc. in Chicago, IL, seeks a Director of Paid Social to lead strategy, activation, and performance for a major client within the Platform Investment Group.

You will be the senior strategic lead, guiding outcomes and team excellence while aligning paid social with broader business objectives. You will mentor a paid social team, partner with clients and internal teams, define KPIs and measurement frameworks, and advocate advanced platform features and AI-enabled capabilities to

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in digital media and marketing with client-facing responsibility.
• 4+ years of people management experience including leading managers.
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with TikTok experience required; API-based and self-serve buying.
• Proven experience applying paid social to drive brand and direct-response KPIs.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Deep understanding of paid social best practices and measurement.
• Executive presence with comfort presenting to senior client leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
