EcoShield Pest Solutions in Salt Lake City is hiring a senior operator for paid customer acquisition. You will own strategy, execution, and the P&L for all paid channels, manage an eight-figure annual budget, and lead the marketing tech stack.

You’ll be hands-on as we grow the program, building campaigns, optimizing CAC/ROAS, and aligning with the National Inside Sales team to drive high-quality leads and revenue.

Competenze

• 4+ years in affiliate or partner marketing with hands-on results.
• Experience scaling an affiliate program from scratch or a basic state.
• Fluency with major affiliate networks or SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with publishers and meet CAC/ROAS targets.
• Experience with lead generation or performance partnerships (host, lead transfer, pay per call).
• Existing publisher relationships or ability to build one quickly via outreach.

• Own strategy, execution, and P&L for all paid channels.
• Manage an eight-figure annual working media budget with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Own MarTech stack selection and implementation across tagging, analytics, and automation.
• Design measurement with offline conversion feeds and incrementality testing.

• Hire and mentor paid media and lifecycle specialists; manage agencies/vendors.
