Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience to develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transaction Specialists and Transaction Support Analysts.
• Oversee daily transaction operations, including workload distribution and queue management.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics to ensure service delivery and goals.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and controls while mitigating risks.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal partners to support onboarding and reviews.
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency and quality improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic priorities and resource planning.
• Champion AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
