Vizient in Irving, TX is seeking a results-driven leader to guide a team of Transaction Specialists and Transaction Support Analysts within the Procure-to-Pay group. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance, and coach employees to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include workload distribution, SLA management, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience leading Transaction Specialists.
• Strong leadership in coaching, performance management, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transaction Specialists and Transaction Support Analysts.
• Oversee daily transaction operations, including workload distribution, queue management, service level performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, and operational performance to ensure consistent service delivery and achievement of department goals.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, client requirements, quality standards, and operational controls while identifying and mitigating service delivery risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal business partners to support onboarding, operational reviews, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data, performance trends, and reporting to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the client and supplier experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic priorities, support resource planning, and inform operational decisions through data-driven insights.
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve team productivity, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, results-oriented team environment that encourages accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning.
