Walmart Inc. is hiring a Director, Fleet OTR Infrastructure Strategy to lead Walmart’s over-the-road EV charging program at our Bentonville, AR campus.

You will shape long-term infrastructure roadmaps, manage CAPEX, and explore monetization models across internal fleets and external partners. The role collaborates with Transportation, Supply Chain, Engineering, Utilities, and Finance, with a focus on scalable charging hubs and public charging opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years in utility operations or related area.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTR charging strategy with a multi-year roadmap for electrification.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility, and deployment of charging infrastructure.
• Manage capital planning and monetization strategies for charging hubs.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners on megawatt charging and energy management.
