Job summary

Enovis, a global medical technology company, seeks a Director of Enabling Tech Product Management (Upstream Marketing) to define and execute the worldwide strategy for enabling technologies across orthopedics, including AR/VR, navigation, robotics, and data-driven surgical solutions.

This role drives the "where to play" and "how to win" for enabling tech, translating surgeon needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into a differentiated, scalable ecosystem that accelerates implant

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years related experience in successful marketing roles in the medical device industry.
• 5+ years orthopedic enabling technology experience.
• Proven experience launching and scaling complex capital equipment or technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures, ideally adult reconstruction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Experience with financial modeling (NPV, ROI, capital investment decisions).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global enabling technology strategy across orthopedic portfolio.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, scale and optimization.
• Drive commercial value propositions and global launch excellence.
• Partner with R&D, regulatory and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate insights into product and positioning strategies across geographies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment among global teams and stakeholders.
• Develop business cases with revenue, NPV and ROI analyses.
