Overview

Growth Ventures is Unified's business unit for building and scaling adjacent women’s health businesses that expand the value of the core provider relationship. It combines innovation, commercialization, and operating oversight to turn Unified's scale, affiliate network, and data assets into new care models, expanded patient engagement, and durable revenue growth.

Our MFM growth strategy focuses on expanding access to high-risk pregnancy care by strengthening maternal-fetal medicine pathways across the UWH ecosystem.

The strategy is designed to improve coordination between affiliated OB/GYNs, MFM specialists, and care management resources, enabling earlier risk identification, more seamless referral navigation, and better maternal-fetal outcomes.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to manage the day-to-day operations of our MFM Connect solution while driving the overall growth strategy for MFM.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, executing growth initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.

This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of key priorities, and play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the organization.

This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven organization at exactly the moment when strategy, resources, and market timing align.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch, implementation, and operational integration of MFM Connect programs with affiliated providers, establishing scalable workflows, clear governance, and seamless coordination across virtual and in-person care teams.
  • Build and sustain trusted partnerships with affiliated providers to identify and address barriers to timely access to MFM and high-risk pregnancy services.
  • Lead clinician and care-center adoption of virtual-care technologies and workflows through education, change management, and ongoing operational support.
  • Own program financial performance, including monitoring key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue performance through successful MFM Connect implementation.
  • Execute and support the development of a comprehensive MFM Connect growth strategy aligned with organizational priorities, provider needs, market dynamics, and maternity-care trends.
  • Design, implement, and scale MFM growth initiatives that expand access, strengthen specialist coordination, and support sustainable program performance.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure MFM Connect services are evidence-based, clinically appropriate, safe, patient-centered, and operationally effective.
  • Ensure programs meet all applicable regulatory, compliance, credentialing, privacy, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor clinical, operational, and patient-access outcomes; use performance data to implement continuous quality-improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and advance local and digital innovation opportunities to improve high-risk pregnancy access, optimize care coordination, and increase maternity value capture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience, including 5+ years leading digital health, virtual care, or multi-site program operations.
  • Demonstrated experience launching, implementing, and scaling clinical programs or care models in collaboration with physician groups.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption, operational change, and sustained performance.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing program performance, and using data to improve revenue, access, utilization, and outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational, clinical, and performance updates for clinicians, executives, and care-center teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight visits to affiliated care centers.
