Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking an Associate Vice President of FP&A to serve as a senior finance business partner for the fertility business. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management, reporting to the SVP of FP&A, and provide strategic insights to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence senior leadership and physician partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, investment banking, PE, consulting, or healthcare finance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and diligence.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the organization.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, including variance analysis and KPIs.
• Present financial performance to physician partners and clinics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Lead FP&A MSO operations and partner with operations leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and root-cause analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives.

The Associate Vice President, FP&A, will serve as a senior finance business partner supporting our fertility business, with responsibility for financial planning, performance management, and decision support. Reporting to the SVP of FP&A, this role is a key member of the FP&A leadership team and plays a central role in delivering financial insights, aligning stakeholders, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

The role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders—including senior leadership, clinic operators, and physicians—in high-visibility settings.

• Operational finance experience is a plus, with ability to work across multiple entities and/or functions
