Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive financial planning, modeling, and reporting across a nationwide network of clinics and partners.

The role focuses on building budgets, forecasts, and analyses that inform strategic decisions, partnering with operations and physician leadership to optimize growth and financial performance. A strong Excel skillset and ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–15 years of FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or healthcare finance experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills and diligence.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the organization.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, including variance analysis, financial statements, and operational metrics.
• Present financial reports and explain clinic performance to physician partners.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term financial planning.
• Lead FP&A MSO operations team.
• Partner with operations leadership to drive growth and financial performance.
• Design ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Influence and align with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business objectives with short term and long-term financial planning
• Design and create ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into issues for root cause analysis, and to improve the understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business.
• Lead FP&A MSO operations team
• Partner closely with operations leadership to develop plan to drive growth and financial performance
• Present financial reports and clearly explain clinic financial performance to physician partners and doctor owned practices, translating complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision making.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the organization
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, including variance analysis, financial statements, and operational metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7 -15 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or operational finance (healthcare preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders or external stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills and diligence.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Operational finance experience is a plus, with ability to work across multiple entities and/or functions
