Director, Operations (Cardiac and Vascular Surgery)

Join Southcoast Health as a Director of Operations (Cardiac and Vascular Surgery). This role oversees the operational aspects of the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery service lines within the Heart & Vascular department.

Position Overview

This position reports to the Care Center Vice President and collaborates with SPG Leadership and Care Center Leadership. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, managing inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory services, providing operational direction, and ensuring quality care delivery aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical and administrative services, management information systems, financial principles, and regulatory issues.
• 5-7 years of management and supervisory experience, including surgical or care center operations.
• Experience in Cardiac and Vascular Surgery operations is highly desirable.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Compensation

Salary range: USD $100,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience.
