Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in multi-site hospitality or related environments.
• Experience leading organizational change and scaling initiatives across dispersed teams.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable operating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and tools for portfolio consistency.
• Build leadership development and learning programs for field execution.
• Strengthen local change leadership across district and site leaders.
• Lead change management efforts, including communications and adoption planning.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure adoption and impact.
• Translate priorities into practical deployment plans and accountabilities.
