Moderna Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Leader to implement oncology sales training across the US commercial organization, ensuring field teams gain product knowledge, clinical fluency, and strong selling capabilities.

You will translate strategy into practical, field-ready programs and support launch readiness for intismeran autogene in oncology. You will partner with alliance teams and internal stakeholders to develop curricula, learning materials, and tools, while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial training or sales enablement in pharma/biotech.
• Sales training experience in oncology is required.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel 25% or more.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation of oncology sales training across Moderna’s US commercial org to build product knowledge and selling capabilities.
• Translate strategy, product profile, and clinical evidence into practical field-ready learning programs.
• Support launch readiness for intismeran autogene and contribute to broader oncology capabilities.
• Provide strategic input on curricula, learning materials, and launch-readiness resources.
• Collaborate with alliance teams to develop innovative training content and capability-building solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Talent to leverage existing Moderna learning programs and platforms.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire readiness and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Develop a skills-based selling curriculum focusing on messaging, questioning, objection handling, and engagement.
