Moderna Therapeutics is seeking a Sr. Director, Regional Sales for the Central region to build and lead the Oncology Sales team and drive regional execution in support of the intismeran autogene program.

You will partner with alliance teams and cross-functional functions to shape account strategy, manage key accounts, and deliver launch excellence in a complex market. Travel up to 75% is required; reside in the region.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles with oncology experience.
• 5+ years leading oncology sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Must reside in assigned geographic region.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the Central Region Oncology Sales team, recruiting and developing sales professionals to deliver on sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop and execute regional strategic account plans to strengthen relationships and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with alliance partner and internal teams to coordinate engagement and tailor brand strategy.
• Provide leadership on clinical data, disease state, and account management to guide field teams.
• Identify market trends and communicate insights to Oncology leadership.
• Coach and develop field teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Lead engagement with customers and represent Moderna at conferences and key forums.
• Use data and digital tools to prioritize opportunities and monitor performance.
• Manage resources and regional budgets to optimize spend and compliance.
