Job summary

Verastem Oncology is seeking a Director / Senior Director, Trade & Distribution, to design, implement, and execute the distribution strategy for its current and future products.

In this role, this individual will partner with 3rd party logistics, specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, individual practices, hospitals, and other external customers while driving a cross-functional center of excellence on the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/biotech trade and distribution, especially oncology.
• Proven success launching/bringing products to market.
• Negotiation with specialty pharmacies, distributors and 3PLs.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty pharmacy network relationships, including SLAs and data agreements.
• Manage specialty distributor relationships and support dispensing accounts.
• Oversee inventory, 3PL relationships and channel performance.
• Monitor channel data and resolve access or fulfillment issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Finance on contracting, chargebacks and government pricing.
