Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Distribution Operations to lead end-to-end distribution strategies for a commercial oncology portfolio. You will oversee 3PL relationships, drive KPI performance, and partner with Legal, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure compliant, efficient product distribution in the US.

This role requires extensive pharma distribution experience and travel.

Qualifications

BA/BS required with 10+ years in pharma, 5+ years in specialty pharmacy/distribution
Experience supporting Specialty Distributor relationships and new account setup
Demonstrated leadership in continuous improvement
Strong analytical and project management capabilities
Strategic mindset with proven execution track record
Broad understanding of regulatory and quality requirements
Willingness to travel by air and car for meetings and events

Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end distribution success with 3PLs, distributors, and specialty pharmacies
Oversee contracted partners; monitor KPIs and compliance
Identify distribution challenges affecting customer access and drive resolution
Monitor data accuracy and distribution analytics
Collaborate with partners on SLAs and KPIs
Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance on US channel initiatives
Support negotiation of distribution agreements to maximize value
Coordinate partnerships with physician networks, GPOs, PBMs
