Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to educate treatment sites on workflows, systems, and operational requirements. The role focuses on onboarding readiness, order workflow execution, and steady-state operations across PA and WV with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead site onboarding activities, deliver education resources, and serve as the operations SME to ensure a reliable product journey from onboarding to steady-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare or life sciences operations/administration
• Experience working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders
• Act as primary operations SME for assigned sites
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end site execution
• Triage operational issues and drive remediation with stakeholders
