• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma/health outcomes; graduate degree preferred (PhD/MS/MPH).
• Experience with epidemiological/HEOR methods in an international setting.
• Expertise in real‑world research and pharmacoepidemiologic models.
• Knowledge of Global and US healthcare systems and payer analytics.
• Oncology experience and data source familiarity.
• Strong analytical, judgment and problem‑solving skills.
• Travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of real‑world studies and HEOR projects.
• Support asset strategy and US/Global health outcomes planning.
• Present findings at scientific venues; develop manuscripts.
• Ensure governance and scientific quality for sponsored research.
• Translate research into tools for field medical and access teams.
• Manage external vendors and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of disease area and payer landscape.
