Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education, human services, nonprofit management, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and experience considered.
• Three to five years of experience developing, implementing, or managing youth development, education, or human service programs.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles, program quality practices, and developmentally appropriate programming.
• At least three years of supervisory or program leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead program improvement and adapt programming based on member needs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for high-quality program delivery across core programs, new initiatives, licensed and summer programs.
• Supervise department directors and program staff; support recruitment and staff development.
• Support safe, engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments for members’ growth and academic success.
• Develop and maintain external partnerships and engage families and communities in Club programs.
• Lead program evaluation and quality-improvement efforts through member surveys and outcome measurement.
