Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Program Director in Seattle to lead Club programs, manage staff, and ensure high quality service for members, families, and the community. The role requires overseeing operations, finances, and partnerships to deliver an outcomes-driven youth development program.

You will collaborate with area directors and various partners, adapt to shift needs, and maintain safe, engaging facilities while driving continuous improvement and data-driven reporting to

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in management, supervision, or leadership preferred at licensed sites.
• Two years’ youth development experience.
• Strong MS Office skills; able to run reports from databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Club programs and partnerships to ensure high-quality outcomes for youth and families.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and annual work plan for the Club site.
• Develop and share best practices to contribute to BGCKC's success.
• Coordinate with Area Directors, Operations Directors, and other Program Directors to achieve results.
• Ensure safe facilities and deliver excellent member services and staff leadership.
• Engage with school districts and community partners to enhance program impact.
