Madison First UMC, in beautiful Madison, GA seeks a full-time Director of Youth ministries. Madison First UMC is a mid-size church congregation in a growing and thriving small town community. We are located 1 hour East of Atlanta, 30 minutes South of Athens, and 1.5 hours West of Augusta. The Director of Youth Ministries would coordinate and direct all ministries to our students 6th-12th grades. Ministry responsibilities include Sunday School, Sunday Night activities, weekly small groups, retreats, and mission trips. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree with a least 3 years prior experience in youth ministry activities. This position has extraordinary possibilities for growth and will be well resourced. Compensation range is $50k to $60k annually. Additional opportunities may exist with the right candidate to combine children and/or praise band leadership and youth ministries into a new ministry position.
