TNTP seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to own Workday strategy and governance across Finance, HR, and business teams. You will translate organizational needs into platform direction, drive prioritization, and ensure changes are well-governed and aligned with business outcomes.

You will lead a team of delivery professionals, oversee the platform lifecycle, and maintain data quality, compliance, and vendor alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or graduate degree required, or equivalent executive-level experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT strategy, operations, or applications with significant organizational impact.
• Direct experience implementing, administering, or leading enterprise application portfolios that include Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and delivery teams toward shared outcomes.

This role serves as a key partner to functional leaders across Finance, HR, and other business teams, translating organizational needs into clear platform direction and ensuring that changes are well-governed, intentionally prioritized, and aligned to business outcomes—balancing speed, risk, and long-term sustainability. The Director is the primary decision owner for platform-level work, operating within the broader portfolio strategy defined by the Partner, Enterprise Applications. This role is critical to ensuring that enterprise systems scale effectively alongside the organization, with clear accountability for how decisions are made and executed.
