Job summary

State of Indiana is seeking a Director for Work-Based Learning and Credential Attainment in Indianapolis, IN. The role leads CTE teams to expand work-based learning and credentials of value, aligns with state diploma/honors requirements, and builds partnerships with higher education, industry, and education agencies to improve student readiness and outcomes.

The position starts at $75,000 annually and may commensurate with education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program focused on work-based learning and credentials of value (CoV) to improve college and career readiness.
• Coordinate with interagency partners to implement WBL programs across Indiana schools and districts.
• Oversee program manager performance, set goals, and report on leading and lagging indicators for strategic initiatives.
• Develop resources and guidance for WBL and CoV outreach to institutions, industry partners, and stakeholders.
