Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and four years professional experience progressively responsible in career services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years professional experience in career services, student affairs, or related field.
• Experience in program development, assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage career readiness initiatives that help students develop competencies.
• Coordinate mentoring, job shadowing, and informational interviewing with alumni and industry.
• Create student-employment resources promoting on-campus employment and skill articulation.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement of programs.
• Develop partnerships with departments, employers, and community organizations.
