Job summary

Delicato Family Wines is seeking a Director Facilities to lead the maintenance and reliability of winery infrastructure across Geyserville and Napa sites. You will establish methods, procedures, and standards for facilities, buildings, and equipment to deliver a safe, visually impressive guest experience.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, budget management, and compliance with ISO, cGMP, safety standards.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• 7+ years mechanical experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• 5+ years leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages departmental activities and team performance.
• Plans and executes preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Controls capital budget and project costs.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drives continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
