Job summary

Delicato Family Wines in California seeks a Director of Facilities to lead maintenance across winery sites in Geyserville and Napa, ensuring reliable infrastructure and exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance and basic refrigeration and electrical a plus
• 7+ years mechanical experience in Industrial Maintenance
• 5+ years leadership/supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facilities and production maintenance
• Plans and executes maintenance across quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Owns the capital budget to support winery operations and hospitality needs
• Ensures compliance with safety, ISO, cGMP and other critical standards
• Leads staff development and drives continuous improvement
